How to actually use this.

Five steps. Don't overthink it. The "Copy for Claude" button at the bottom-right is the magic — one click captures your whole status in a format I can read in five seconds.

Sunday or Monday

Skim the list. Add anything new. Delete anything that's stopped mattering. 10 mins.

Through the week

Tick things off as you go. Click the priority pill to cycle P1→P2→P3. Click the AI/FC badge to change the business.

When something blocks · or you need to tell me

Click the + note below the task name and type. Anything you write here flows into Copy for Claude — use it for blockers ("waiting on Andy"), context ("did this on Tue, took 2× expected"), or messages to me. Keywords like block / wait / stuck auto-route to a Blocked section.

Friday afternoon

Click Copy for Claude at the bottom right. Open a new chat with me. Paste it in. Two minutes max.

I read your status, suggest what to keep / drop / add for next week, send back updated tasks. You paste them in. Roll on.

Hit Backup to download a JSON snapshot. Restore to load one back. Useful if you want to work on this from your phone or before a big restructure.

R&D flag (purple pill)

Click the R&D pill to flag tasks with genuine technical uncertainty — novel architecture, untested approaches, things you'd struggle to estimate. The 🔬 stat shows your R&D hours. Use the Copy-for-Claude R&D section to write contemporaneous activity log entries.
